Terms and Conditions
Ensures library and archive are properly stored and maintained. Performs various administrative duties as instructed by Lead RA Turnover Specialist and other RA Supervisors. Provides support to RA groups to ensure that all paper documents are properly managed. Performs daily administration of the library, ensures registration of all paper documents in the library, tracks, records and checks them as well as knows their location. Provides assistance in update of soft copies of documents in such a manner so that they match with changes on hard copies of the documents (e.g. technical passports). Interacts and coordinates with IM Document Control Department, follows procedures and agreements between RA and IM departments. If required trains and supervises archiving of other members of RA Group. Provides support to RA Team for passports as well as IM and DCC Departments. Maintains records and tracks documentation in RA database (RAPMD) and is responsible for its timely update.
Higher education Experience in similar role Experience in documentation control and maintaining records Knowledge of English is preferred Initiative, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to apply a flexible approach during works execution, ability to work in a multitasking and prioritized mode
