Contribute to maintaining an incident free operation which is in support of and in compliance with our Protecting People and the Environment policy. Uses Oracle Primavera, Word,Excel,Visio, and Power Point programs to prepare organization charts,spreadsheets, and schedules. Assist TA Coordinators track information on fixed equipment, rotating equipment and Instrument/Electrical equipment. Generate equipment step outs with assigned resources linking photos per the TA Coordinators instructions. Generate and maintain non Primavera reports using Excel or Impact Web for turnaround planners. Help maintain and update the Impact teams deliverables in Impact Web. Maintain material delivery dates for material for the planners to import into Primavera. One time assignment tasks from Department Supervisor.
Higher technical education. Practical work experience in discipline required to perform work planning. Not less than 2 year experience in turnarounds. Kazakh, Russian. English Level as per TCO accepted scale – 2 or higher. Advanced User of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Е1 (processing maintenance requests – change status) , Oracle Primavera P6 Program
