Making plans, schedules, cost estimates of human resources, materials and equipment to perform turnarounds and special projects successfully, safely and in a high quality. IMPACT process •Participates in IMPACT process activities •Develops actions on improving planning process. Assists in preparing weekly planning meetings in IMPACT group with the participation of engineering, operations and reliability groups. •Safety processes and standards. •Process Fundamentals; •KTL, Field, SGP/SGI, Utilities, Shipping and Storage, Sulphur Area equipment; •Methods of preparing and conducting meetings and various presentations; •Internal regulatory documents and instructions related to competency development sphere; • Performance Management Process (PMP). •Have an idea of projects management. •Methods of estimated evaluation and activity progress charts preparation. •Drawings and diagrams required to plan works for designated discipline. •Maintenance request programs (WO) and material search programs. •Make detailed action plan to execute assignments • Assemble, summarize and structure the information •Develop decision alternatives within his/her job capabilities • Act independently with minimum level of work performance control •Assess own strong and weak points •Take practical actions for self-development • Share his/her work experience and information with colleagues to achieve team goals. •Express his/ her thoughts clearly, distinctly and in a structured manner in written and verbal form. Higher technical education Practical work experience in discipline required to perform work planning – not less than 3 years (turnaround experience is preferable). Kazakh, Russian. English Level as per TCO accepted scale – 2 or higher. Advanced User of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Е1/Ariba (searching and ordering the materials, processing maintenance requests) , Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project programs.
