Real Estate Specialist, responsible for the registration of TCO's rights to non-residential property, working closely with the Information Center of Atyrau on archiving documents of the company, maintaining a database of documents of the company's property, etc.
Higher education (legal, technical and economic), work experience not less than 3 years in the sphere of real estate and land relations, fluent knowledge of Kazakh, English (Preintermediate and Higher) (Knowledge of legislation of RK, normative and methodical acts on registration of rights. Procedures for registering real estate in the legal cadastre system. Procedure of state technical survey and registration of rights to immovable property. Ability to use programs (Power Point, Excel, ArcGIS, SharePoint, AutoCAD), knowledge of the system PowerBI is welcome.
