Continuous Improvement Advisor

Provide Continuous Improvement Manager with assistance in the implementation of digitalization program and development of appropriate initiatives. Determine the main directions of initiatives focused on the production process optimization in accordance with the continuous improvement strategy and measures for its implementation. Coordinate the implementation plan of projects/initiatives/plant/function, eventually linked to business results and improvement actions.

Higher technical education and not less than 5 years of work experience as in Continuous Improvement or Digitalization areas. • Legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological and other materials on planning, registration and analysis of the company's activities. • Organization of workshops, development of an annual action plan. • Methodology for determining economic performance based on the results of the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and production optimization and business process effective proposals
