FGP Regulatory Affairs Group requires a Database Technical Development Lead to provide support to complete the development phase of a database (RAPMD) for TCO/FGP Regulatory Affairs Group. This role is primarily focused on maximizing the productivity of the Developer to get features delivered to tight deadlines according to the needs of the Project and Product Owner. This position reports to the RA RAPMD Product Owner.
The role is hands-on requiring, in addition to technical abilities and database knowledge, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills and a commitment to Product quality. Ideally you will have experience of a cloud-based solution, Back End systems and also databases in a previous agile product development environment. Must be a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Russian languages, with ability to use tact and garner support from all stakeholders. Minimum 5 years previous in database application development. Must be willing to learn and adapt to situations, showing flexibility and fixity as required
