IT Technician-Admin

• Provide, receive and store loan laptops and radios. Update Loan Management Application and Equipment Inventory • FGP IT/Telecoms materials management, including ordering, handling returns, shipping IT stock to project sites outside of Tengiz. • Liaise with Procurement Coordinator and Procurement Expeditor. Track FGP IT/Telecoms purchase orders in JDE and update PO receiving status document weekly • Keeping records and reports to all the above. Maintain Weekly Tengiz Dashboard, PO Receiving Status Report, Monthly Radio Report, Dual laptop per position list, Visitor workstation list, Dual system users list and etc. • 1st and 2nd line printer support for Tengiz • Management and inventory of Telecom room keys

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT/Telecoms and or Materials Management • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills • Strong computer skills, be adept with computer software, databases and spreadsheets • Excellent time management, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills • Able to work independently and make critical decisions • High attention to details • Able to respond cooperatively to team members requests for assistance • Utilize email & telephone effectively to communicate with team members and customers
