Terms and Conditions
Support efforts to create and strengthen an Incident & Injury-Free (IIF) culture in Tengiz on the FGP project. In summary, this involves coordination, liaising, scheduling, logistics, for IIF activity and events with and for multiple stakeholders across the project.
• Embedded in site Project Management Team supporting 3GI.
• Support 3GI site leadership in planning and executing the successful delivery of IIF Plans and Engagement activities.
• Coordinate project IIF engagements and 90-Day Lookahead as per IIF Execution Plans
• Interface with Tengiz IIF Supervisor, Tengiz Senior IIF Coordinator, FGP IIF Coordinators, BP IIF Coordinators and JMJ Tengiz team to create IIF Activity Schedule and 90-day look ahead.
Excellent organizing and coordination skills.
• Effective at building relationships and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Very Good English writing skills.
• IIF experience essential (JMJ certified IIF trainer – Coaching & Living IIF in Action).
• Previous TCO Project experience preferred
