Terms and Conditions
• Interaction with key stakeholders, including: Company and Project senior leadership, training providers, contractors and sub-contractors, RoK government officials, students in support of training and assessment activities;
• Assurance of contractor and training provider training and assessment programs, with a focus on mechanical and pipeline related aspects, commissioning and turnover of training and assessment;
o Achieved through a combination of objective audit and subjective inspections in accordance to a set schedule to determine the fitness for purpose of training and assessment;
o These assurance activities will cover both the process and technical aspects of training and assessment and will include both the content and conduct of training and assessment activities;
• Support to contractors and training providers to drive continuous improvement, with a particular focus on mechanical and pipeline, commissioning and turnover related aspects of training and assessment;
o Achieved through a combination of structured support in specific areas and ad hoc guidance as required;
o Development of training and assessment programmes as required to meet the requirements set by Company, including the identification and implementation of increased or improved training capacity and capability as identified by key stakeholders, including QA/QC teams;
• Reporting on the effectiveness of the training and assessment programs and specific contractor / training provider performance as required by leadership;
• Providing on-site guidance and direction on behalf of the PROJECT Training & Capability Development Manager in support of delivery of team objectives;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering discipline, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in activities related to the position’s scope of work
• Familiarity with a range of craft disciplines associated with mechanical and pipeline, commissioning and turnover related skills, and the technical requirements of each. Preferable to have held a craft discipline related position
• Familiarity with training design and delivery. Preferable to have held a position with responsibilities related to the design or delivery of training in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Familiarity with assurance activities. Preferable to have held a position with responsibilities including objective audit and/or subjective inspection experience.
• Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at different levels and deliver complex messages in a clear manner.
• Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently along with working as part of a high-performance team.
