Job Description
Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Coordinate the work flows of Permit to Work process, documentation and special certificates required
Interface with Contractor and provide instruction on requirements and PTW process
Verify and Validate work package requirements based on job scope requirements
Conduct quality review on required/relevant documents to include engineering drawings, hazard analysis and JSAs.
Interface with FGP Construction Department to identify SIMOPS and potential work clashes
Maintain the Permit to Work register (Excel) and additional registries (LOTO, Isolations, etc.)
Maintain “Work Responsible Person” database (CTX Database), develop and provide statistical reports
Organize and perform audits of the Contractor PTW process in field
Review and revise PTW process to eliminate recurrent problems in the process flow.
Additional duties in line with the PTW Specialist/Coordinator as required
Track record of project related work experience
Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team
Read, understand and communicate project’s codes and standards, drawings, specification and contact doc.
Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Power point
