C&P SC Permit to Work Coordinator

 Coordinate the work flows of Permit to Work process, documentation and special certificates required  Interface with Contractor and provide instruction on requirements and PTW process  Verify and Validate work package requirements based on job scope requirements  Conduct quality review on required/relevant documents to include engineering drawings, hazard analysis and JSAs.  Interface with FGP Construction Department to identify SIMOPS and potential work clashes  Maintain the Permit to Work register (Excel) and additional registries (LOTO, Isolations, etc.)  Maintain “Work Responsible Person” database (CTX Database), develop and provide statistical reports  Organize and perform audits of the Contractor PTW process in field  Review and revise PTW process to eliminate recurrent problems in the process flow.  Additional duties in line with the PTW Specialist/Coordinator as required

 Track record of project related work experience  Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team  Read, understand and communicate project’s codes and standards, drawings, specification and contact doc.  Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Power point
