Terms and Conditions
Coach Business Partner (BP) Productivity Engineers (PE’s) during daily production planning sessions including confirmation of completed activities and next day planning. Confirm why activities were not completed (if applicable) for continuous improvement purposes. Confirm what actions can be taken to mitigate negative schedule variance.
Coach BP PE’s during weekly Production Scheduling to ensure the latest activities are in line with the Level 4 schedule. Ensure constraints are properly identified.
Coach BP PE’s, Persons in Charge (PIC’s) and Work Responsible Persons (WRP’s) during weekly game planning to ensure required quantities are aligned with latest production schedule.
Ensure Productivity Manager is aware of all negative PPC analytic trends.
Engineering and/or Business Degree
No less than 2 years experience in the installation of onshore and/or offshore oil and gas facilities.
