As part of supporting initiatives aimed at youth development, our company took part in the Summer Industrial School program organized by Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after S. Utebayev. This three-week program brought together university students from various regions of the country and near abroad studying in oil and gas fields, including narrow specialties such as geology, automation and oilfield services.

The students and OGF Professor Akmaral Safiullina Karimova visited our office, learnt about Bolashak Group's profile, its mission and values, about internship opportunities in our company, about how important it is to receive additional skills along with basic academic training, which will help them in further realization of themselves as professionals. One of the key moments of the visit was a tour across the office. The students were met by Managers and Directors of our departments, they introduced them with the tasks facing the department and shared their experience. We express our gratitude to Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after S. Utebayev, represented by its rector Gulzada Shakulikova, for inviting Bolashak Group, along with the largest production companies of the Atyrau region, to participate in such an important and necessary program for all of us. We believe that employers' transparency will help students to better understand the specifics of work and inspire them to further professional development.

At the end of the visit, our guests received answers to all their questions and, of course, small corporate gifts to remember their visit to our company.

We wish all students successful studies and further defense of their diplomas and will be looking forward to seeing them at our projects.
