On May 23 and 24, Astana hosts the Human Capital Days forum. This is an annual event that brings together HR experts from all over Kazakhstan and neighboring regions from various business sectors. The variety of speakers, topics covered and master classes allow you to fully immerse yourself into current trends of human capital development.  

Bolashak Group employees regularly participate in thematic forums, study new HR approaches and developments, and share their experience with other colleagues.  This event was no exception and the Forum was attended by Malika Kemelhanova - HR Director and Edelweiss (Elya) Temirgalieva - Commercial Director. The key topics of the forum were: Large Business and Human Capital of the country, Corporate Training and Personnel Development, Digital Transformation in HR, HR Strategies in the Industrial Sector, Motivation and Internal Communications, which show the current HR development trends.
