A workshop on internal communications organized by PR-agency “Magynaly Business” in Atyrau took place on June 7.

The speakers of the workshop were leading specialists of oil and gas industries - Fatima Kosayeva (ERG), Bakhytkul Zhurkabaeva (TCO) and Gulmira Alibayeva (NCOC). At the event Bolashak Group shared the experience and innovative approaches to effective internal communications management in the company. 

The key principles of internal information flow management, change management issues, innovative approaches considering different age categories and new trends in communications were discussed.

Special attention was paid to flexibility in the face of modern challenges. This workshop became a new professional platform where experts shared their observations and recommendations, which immediately resonated with the participants and further help to improve the effectiveness of internal communication in their companies.
