Deliver L2/L3 support to SCM system users, resolving issues and enabling effective use of eProcurement and integrated workforce/accommodation planning solutions / People Management and Accommodation Transformation (PMAT). Act as product owner for SCM digital tools—capture business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and manage delivery

Higher Education (economical, technical, IT (Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field is preferred)) Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (experience in business systems support, systems administration, procurement systems, or related business applications is preferred)
