Engineer, Reliability & Integrity-II-Engineer, Reliability & Integrity-Lead

• Lead and maintain asset strategies for fixed equipment through the application of reliability methodologies (RBI, RCM, FMEA, etc.). • Conduct Damage Mechanism Identification (DMI) sessions and apply results to determine Probability of Failure (PoF) and Consequence of Failure (CoF). • Define and update inspection strategies, methods, and intervals based on risk evaluation outcomes. • Perform consequence assessments for fixed equipment to quantify risk exposure. • Maintain and enhance data quality and consistency in integrity management systems (e.g., GE Predix APM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as JDE E1. • Interface with Inspection and Maintenance teams to ensure inspection plans are accurately executed and findings are properly reflected in RBI models. • Identify opportunities for inspection and maintenance optimization to reduce risk and lifecycle cost while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and review technical reports, inspection plans, and risk summaries for regulatory, audit, and management review purposes. • Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses (RCA), and integrity threat reviews to support continuous improvement. • Support integration and alignment between corporate (Chevron) and TCO reliability frameworks to maintain consistency of RBI application and methodology.

• Higher Technical Education (bachelor’s and higher) • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reliability, integrity, or inspection engineering within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry. • Working knowledge of Integrity Management Systems, RBI methodologies, and inspection planning principles
