Senior Technical Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)

• Reviews and validates engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with EPC project requirements. • Coordinates with design, procurement, and construction teams to address technical challenges and optimize project execution. • Ensures adherence to industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in engineering deliverables. • Provides technical expertise in materials selection, equipment specifications, and construction methodologies. • Supports the resolution of engineering-related issues during project execution and provides recommendations for corrective actions. • Conducts technical risk assessments and ensures appropriate mitigation strategies are in place. • Reviews vendor and subcontractor technical submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements. • Develops and maintains technical documentation, reports, and engineering studies to support project decision-making. • Engages with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure engineering solutions meet contractual and legal obligations. • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering technical excellence within the project team.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). Based on grade: Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of engineering principles, design codes, and industry standards in the oil and gas EPC sector. • Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to process, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality management in EPC projects. • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
