VSR Coordinator

Participate Weekly Vendor Service Planning meetings with System Completions stakeholders and keep a log of all Vendor Service requests. Develop and keep up to date the Vendor Service Tracker according to Commissioning Requirements. Acts as a point of contact between System Owners and Vendors. Coordination of Vendor Service personnel for Tengiz Site assignments. Communicate with the Vendor Representatives and System Owners to align with the Vendor Supports for Commissioning. Work with System Completions Service Provider to coordinate all logistics from Atyrau to Tengiz, including Dash-8, accommodations, meals, security access, HES training, etc, for Vendor Service Representations that are subcontractors through the Service Provider. Supports Vendor relations, logistics and custom compliance teams on vendor issues to resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible. Work with Vendor Service Contract Advisor in PM and SC Manager to process Vendor Service Requests against FGP Vendor Service Agreement(s).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas. Extensive ability of coordination and communication across a range of large facility support, infrastructure, and operational systems. Good English communication skills, oral and written, to communicate with international vendors and expat project team members Good understanding of business practices in dealing with National and International Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and Vendors. Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office and TCO ERP systems will be a plus. Ability to demonstrate model behaviors and be comfortable working closely with peers and senior leadership across the organization.
