Digital Solutions Architect

1. Build and integrate new digital products according to company requirements and standards. 2. Reviewing the architecture of existing systems for improvement, providing recommendations and working closely with the technical team to implement necessary changes. 3. Providing guidance and advice to digital team representatives on resolving technical issues. 4. Researching current and new approaches to building and designing digital solutions, as well as providing recommendations on their implementation. 5. Working closely with business representatives to improve digital products, considering the potential impact on current business processes and minimizing risks. 6. Creating a roadmap for the development of products and applications, taking into account their lifecycle and interactions with other solutions.

1. Knowledge and hands on experience with Cloud (MS Azure is preffered) 2. Knowledge and understanding Agile methodologies (SAFe knowledge is advantage) 3. Experience as Lead by prioritizing technical teams’ tasks. 4. Understanding continuous delivery approach and architecture development methodologies. (CI\CD, DevOps. N-tier). 5. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise application architectures to meet business requirements in complex environments. 6. Understanding architecture approaches for complex solutions: disaster recovery, high availability, scalability , integration. 7. Large-scale distributed systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms 8. Soft skills: communications, proactiveness, engagement, set priorities. • Higher technical education with 3 or more years of experience. • Intermediate oral and written English communication skills. • Oral and written Kazakh communication skills. • Oral and written Russian communication skills.
