Terms and Conditions
2.1. Perform the installation and configuration of programs and software approved by the company's policies.
2.2. Configure the software at the work stations.
2.3. Maintain workstation software in working condition.
2.4. Register users of the local network and mail server, assign log-ins and passwords.
2.5. Provide technical and software support to users, Advise users on the operation of the local network and software, Prepare instructions for working with the software and bring them to the attention of users.
2.6. Establish access rights and control the use of network resources.
2.7. Ensure timely copying, archiving and backup of data.
2.8. Take measures to restore the efficiency of the local network in case of upsets or failure of network equipment.
2.9. Identify the errors of users and software and take measures to correct them.
The highest vocational education (in IT sphere) or secondary technical education with work experience not less than 3 years
Relevant university degree
English (good)
