Mechanical Maintenance Lead Specialist

• Be a leader in safety and environmental protection • Contribue to systematic management of safety, environmental and health protection, reliability and efficiency to achieve the world levels to support TCO Operational Excellence strategy • Participate in IIF. • Proven stewardship of managing safe work in maintenance of large-scale Complex Process Facility (CPF) equipment in both a high-risk plant and workshop environment. • Ensuring the adherence to and development of safe work practice and procedures as related to the maintenance of large rotating machinery. • Effective deployment of the use of the facility’s personal safety programs within a front-line machinery workforce

Higher technical 5+ years’ proven experience on repair of complex petrochemical turbomachinery, including high speed centrifugal compressors, GE gas turbines, steam turbines, motors and pumps of various types. Kazakh, Russian, English – Level 3 and higher as per TCO rating scale MS Office Advanced user
