Terms and Conditions
• Act as the Lead planning and scheduling resource for Systems Completion in the 3GP (3rd Generation Production) area. • Responsible for further development and enhancement of the FGP-WPMP Integrated Level 4 SC Execution schedule for the 3GP area ensuring all Systems Completion scope for this area is incorporated including all greenfield and brownfield scope covering all 3GP Systems and facilities in the 3GP area. • Liaise closely with the SC 3GP team to ensure the Integrated Level 4 schedule logic accurately reflects the execution strategy and implement identified and approved opportunities to optimise and / or accelerate the execution schedule. • Liaise closely with the SC 3GP team to ensure the Integrated Level 4 schedule activity durations accurately reflect anticipated execution durations in the field and populate activities with an accurate estimate of all required resources. • Alignment of the project’s strategic PMCS (Project Master Control Schedule) with the Integrated Level 4 schedule for the 3GP area. • Lead and direct a small team of planning resources during preparation and execution phases. • Be an effective member of the 3GP Sysytems Completion management team, participate in lead’s meetings and provide direction where neccessary • Develop and maintain resource histograms and ‘S’ curves for the 3GP area execution scope and in conjunction with the SC 3GP team identify, propose and implement opportunities to level the scheduled resource demand. • Lead in the development of the Systems Completion schedule progress reporting process and during execution of the 3GP scope the update of schedule progress and production of progress reports, update of ‘S’ curves and input to schedule recovery and mitigation of schedule issues. • Contribute to schedule Risk Analysis of Systems Completions schedules to identify high risk areas potentially requiring risk reduction and mitigation. • Maintain key interfaces and working relationships with all Systems Completion areas including Field Gathering, Infrastructure, 3GI, Automation and the central Systems Completion team to ensure 3GP planning and scheduling integrates with all areas as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. • Liaise closely with other 3GP area delivery teams e.g. Construction, to ensure schedule improvement, schedule acceleration and schedule recovery and mitigation opportunities are maximised e.g. accelerated pre-commissioning opportunities relative to MC turnover
• Focus and Commitment to IIF (Incident & Injury Free), to personal and process safety • Ideally qualified to HND or degree level • 10 years relevant Oil and Gas industry experience preferably with onshore oil and gas processing systems experience • Very strong knowledge and demonstrable hands-on use of Primavera P6 in developing and maintaining detailed schedules • Ability to export and effectively analyse and utilise data from databases • Hook-up and Commissioning planning and scheduling experience preferred • Previous working experience in Kazakhstan desirable but not essential • Ability to multi-task and be flexible is highly desirable
