HSE, emergency response and regulatory issues activities of intermediate level

Higher (technical / sanitary-hygienic) education in HSE is preferable. Work experience as an engineer or HSE specialist at production facilities in oil and gas industry (minimum 3 years). Practical experience of working on production areas is preferable. Legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological materials on HSE. Must know main production processes of oil and gas industry facilities. Knowledge of safe work methods is mandatory ( HSE requirements for Work at height, Work in confined space, Lifting operations, Earthworks, Hot works, Hazardous energy insulation requirements) Knowledge of RoK law requirements on accounting and investigation of work related accidents. Knowledge of international accidents investigations methods and practical experience are preferable. Knowledge of requirements and assignment of work permit. Knowledge of methods and promotion and labor protection information. Ability to draw up detailed action plan for execution of tasks and small projects. Ability to develop solutions within the framework of job responsibilities
