3GP NEWS Database Management Specialist ME&I

∙NEWS Database Management Specialist supports all HSE Activities / Initiatives ∙Observes for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards; participates in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS). ∙Fully supports and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel; complies with Ethics policies; adheres to Project Execution Procedures. ∙Reports to Quality Lead. ∙Provides inputs into Project NEWS welding quality control and weld tracking system. ∙Verifies and monitors of contractor and sub-contractors’ quality control activities for structural and piping fabrication. ∙Enter Daily Fabrications ∙Enter NDE Results ∙Resolve/Coordinate errors/issues from NEWS and/or Web Portal

∙Minimum 5 years’ quality related work experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry. ∙A degree in a relevant technical discipline is highly required. ∙Read, understand and communicate project’s codes and standards, drawings, specifications and contract documents. ∙Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating with high performance team. ∙Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Power Point. ∙Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team.
