SCM Solutions Support Specialist

Working and monitoring of the SCM Solutions Participate, together with key stakeholders, in approval of suppliers to work in the system of eProcurement. Develop a list of suppliers approved and non-approved in the catalogue of suppliers. Perform assessments of suppliers’ suitability with relevant Departments, as well as verifications to the strategic agreements, guidelines and initiatives by Chevron Corporation. Identify and communicate with vendors’ representatives. Prepare and develop a schedule for suppliers’ involvement. Develop the Suppliers’ Activation Plan. Monitor and correct Purchase Requisitions and Contract Work Tickets (PR/C WTs) addressed to the System Administrator. Perform a role as Ariba System Administrator, and fulfill all the requirements of the audit, including reviews of user profiles by SOX procedures (the Sarbanes-Oxley Act). Make records for business process and works with documentation of procedures and regulations.
