GS IIF Coach

Support efforts to create and strengthen an Incident & Injury-Free (IIF) culture in Tengiz on the FGP project. To be successful in this role a high level of team building and communication skills along with a knowledge of field operations combined with the ability to engage the workforce across multiple organizations and functions is required. Previous experience with other high performance safety programs like Zero Accident Plus (ZAP), Leadership in Health & Safety (LiHS) and, Zero Harm 24/7 will also be considered if the candidate has no IIF experience. ∙ Embedded in site Project Management team. ∙ Support site leadership in all field based IIF activities at supervisor & craft level. ∙ Interface with FGP IIF Supervisor, FGP IIF Coordinators, Business Partner IIF Coordinators and JMJ Tengiz team to implement IIF Activity Schedule and 90-day look ahead. ∙ Deliver Coaching IIF in Action workshop to Supervisors and WRPs. ∙ Support Coaching IIF in Action Field Practice sessions with Supervisors & WRPs. ∙ Deliver Living IIF in Action workshop to workers. ∙ Support record keeping and reporting on training progress. ∙ Support Area OEILTs in developing their IIF workplace culture. Facilitate IIF Champions Network meetings ∙ Facilitate Teapot Talks with workforce. ∙ Attend Monthly FGP Tengiz IIF Meeting

JMJ certified in Coaching IIF in Action and Living IIF in action. ∙ Effective Communication. ∙ Previous training and presenting skills. Facilitation experience would be advantageous. ∙ Effective at building relationships and liaising with key stakeholders. ∙ At least 3 years’ experience in IIF/similar high performance safety programs/Safety. IIF experience preferred. ∙ Previous TCO experience preferred. Minimum years of total experience required for this position: 5 ∙Minimum years of total industry experience required for this position: 5 ∙Highest level of education required: College/University Degree
