• Develop HSE instructions and procedures
• Provide support to programs related to MSW
• Advise customers on RoK and TCO requirements
• Participate in project teams consisting of representatives of various HES groups
• Coordinate the review of technical documentation, instructions and procedures
• Provide technical and advisory assistance to customers on HSE related issues
• Conducts technical audits of small capital projects, MOC and process reglament
• Participate in project teams consisting of representatives of various HES groups
• Manage short-term projects based on technical background to find best HES solutions
• Develop training materials and conduct HES-specific training courses
• Provide Serious Injury Fatality Prevention and OE proces implementation support
• Experience in HSE at least 3 years
• Experience in Tengiz at least 3 years
• Higher technical education
• Strong MS Office user
