Utilities Operation Engineer

• Creating the scope of work for the repair work; • Prepare work orders and coordination during work execution. • Knowledge and application of fire safety rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan. • Knowledge of basic sanitary norms and rules for potable and wastewater • Knowledge of basic environmental standards and requirements for wastewater, ground water and potable water. • Knowledge of technological process for water treatment to drinking quality at WTP, wastewater treatment at WWTP and treatment of technical water (treated wastewater) at WRF (water recycle facility). • Knowledge of operating principles of water treatment plant. • Ability to read technological schemes, drawings and diagrams. • Understanding of reasons for changes in water quality and how to control the process. • Knowledge of methods for monitoring and analyzing water quality (waste, drinking, ground and swimming pool water). • Procedures writing for daily routine jobs, implementation of them and inspection.

Education: High technical Work experience: no less than 3-5 years
