Formal Walkdown Coordination • Functions as the central point of contact between the Systems Completion and Operations & Maintenance organizations with a focus on coordinating resource availability to support SC-scheduled walkdowns. • Participates in interface meetings, including Blue Zone and walkdown meetings, to align team on walkdown activities and expectations. • Proactively review schedule of planned walkdowns along with required resources to identify conflicts and works to resolve any misalignments with other work plans. • Communicate with Operations personnel or timing limitations to the Systems Completion organization ahead of time to ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate adjustment to walkdown plans. • Maintains open communication with Event Manager and provides regular status updates. Escalates items for resolution as appropriate. • Align WD members on Punchlist/Exception procedures and WD expectations; maintain consistency and transparency in the process. • Champions Safety In Designs (SID) efforts to ensure facilities are completed in accordance with SID guidelines and exceptions captured and tracked to closure. • Supports post WD processes and secondary validation to maintain integrity of quality management. Champions PLI verification, closure and closure. Informal Field Walk Coordination • Proactively organizes informal walkdowns involving Operations and Maintenance personnel to conduct site checks ahead of formal SC schedule walkdowns to streamline process • Regularly performs site validation of systems to evaluate readiness for formal planning and provide feedback to Systems Completion on identified areas of that can affect the formal group walkdown. • Reviews Lessons Learned information to ensure that it is being appropriately applied where applicable. • Provides feedback to add any new Lessons Learned into database to improve overall organization • Develops collaborative relationship with Operations and Maintenance organizations • Actively participates in team meetings and shares knowledge and experiences with other members to facilitate common understanding . Suggests process improvements where applicable. • Cooperates with other FGP/TCO departments, third party companies, clients and etc. to ensure the safety and integrity of reliable operation of department assets in compliance with project requirements and relevant RoK laws and regulations;
2.1 Education: Higher technical Profession “Oil and Gas Industry” 2.2 Work experience: At least 5 years 2.3 IT knowledge and skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
