FGP Transition Coordinator is responsible for transitioning of FGP Craft training processes, training programs, training methodology, craft training portal, training data base, training contracts terms, budget and other content to TCO Base Business. This position reports directly to the FGP Training and Capability Development Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Interaction with key stakeholders, including: TCO and FGP senior leadership, HR, HES, IT, Contracts and Finance team to perform transition campaign properly; • Monitoring and processing the data of Contractor / Service Provider (Training Centre) in the CT Portal system; • Monitor overall performance of portal interactions and timelines to deliver; • Building, maintaining and analyzing portal performance reports to address any possible delays before it occurs; • IRM compliance programs, IP Compliance tasks • Assists in preparation of craft training documentation such as, progress reports, training plans, training program and schedules, bid packages, estimates, action item tracking, etc.; • Performing training options analysis, followed by further analysis of costs / benefits by training options; • Assist in monitoring training costs, preparing budget reports, and proactively avoid excess expenditures; • Providing on-site transition guidance and direction on behalf of the FGP Training and Capability Development Manager in support of delivery of team objectives; • Contributing to the improvement of all transition processes of FGP Craft Training Team to TCO Base Business; • Perform any other duties as assigned.
FGP Transition Coordinator is required to possess the following skills/qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, SCM or other with relevant experience in IT, Contracts or Finance in activities related to the position’s scope of work; • Familiarity with IT IRM, Learning Management System, data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with IRM compliance programs, IP Compliance tasks, IT RCA processes • Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team. • Read, understand and communicate project’s codes and standards, specifications and contract documents. • Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating with high performance team. • Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Power Point.
