IM Data Analyst

Provide data technical expertise to the wider IM team • Be the in-country focal point for maintenance of data held within our bespoke SQL Server database (IMDB) • Interpret project requests and external datasets to update and maintain the data held within the IMDB. This includes data on Technical exceptions, Redline requirements and Commissioning data. • Ensure data within the IMDB is kept up-to-date by preparing and scheduling automated SQL Server Database jobs, monitoring jobs, and resolving any errors • Be the focal point for analysing the quality and completeness of data and documents delivered by the EPC Contractors This will include: a. Preparation of Transition Readiness reports and Purchase Order Close Out reports b. Analysis of the data contained in these reports to identify actions and drive closure of the issues c. Review of errors produced during load of Asset Data to into our systems (FED) and drive resolution with responsible parties • Analysis of internal errors identified by EPC Contractor’s IM • Provide Ad-hoc query expertise, to support the wider IM team in identifying and resolving issues • Run and Maintain exports of data from the IMDB for external parties, e.g. SERIP, RA and Systems Completions • Support the High Value Execution Center (LTI) resources in their efforts to load Asset Data into FED as required?

• Strong, demonstratable knowledge of SQL Databases is a must • Experience of creating Views, Stored Procedures, Agent Jobs etc • Strong Data manipulation skills in Excel and Access required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated collaboration, innovation, and a drive for improvement • Knowledge of Asset Data and it’s use within Oil and Gas MCPs is an advantage • Experience of eB as Asset Data management tool is an advantage
