Develops strong culture that embodies Company High Performance Behaviors Work together with SCM team, Project Managers and Project staff to better manage contractor performance in relation to accountability and controlling Mess Halls, Office buildings, Site Services Ensure that the Mess Halls are running efficiently and assist with queue management and distribution of workers evenly across all Mess Hall facilities to avoid overcrowding during lunch service Ensure all deliverables are in compliance with contract terms & conditions, in addition to Project expectations and requirements
Higher education in relevant field Diploma or higher in Logistics (preferred but not essential) At least 5 years of experience in a customer service coordination related role in preferably Oil & Gas industry. Facilities management experience (preferred) Proficient in English, Russian. Kazakh is also an advantage Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications and shared document management systems. Must have experience and be proficient with MS Excel
