Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible to support the Lead Spares Cataloger in the implementation of the Spare Parts Acquisition Plan and oversee execution of the associated work processes, including materials resource planning for spare parts to meet schedule requirements
Role will primarily involve cleansing of spares data ensuring it meets requirements set out in the project standard modifier dictionary, and resolution of spares supply issues on the Future Growth Project for Tengizchevroil LLP.
Responsibilities include the following:
Support Spare Parts Management Lead and Lead Spares Cataloguer in the close out of PROJECT Spare Parts Acquisition strategy, plan and work processes.
Coordinate timely review of Supplier Parts Interchangeability Records (SPIR’s) forms to validate data quality and data standards
Continuous communication to COMPANY to assure PROJECT Item Master data conforms COMPANY standards.
Avoid duplicate information and grant information quality
Support/coordinate data upload process and resolve potential discrepancies.
Ensure all required approvals are in place
Coordinate spares information is provided on time to meet schedule requirements, including critical start up spares.
Management of all documentation to maintain good traceability and grant compliance
Run all relevant Spare Part Management System (SPMS) reports and takes appropriate action to address any errors
Assigns new or existing item codes to all spare parts
Support Spare Parts Management Lead in the SPIR review with Operations and Maintenance
Runs reports as required to meet customer and management needs

Job Requirements:

Previous experience managing and coordinating spare parts preferably on a MCP or Materials Operations in Oil and gas industry.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one interaction for effective presentations.
Must have experience and be proficient with Excel.
Material awareness.
Ability to travel as required
