Job Description:

Maintaining documentation on all administrative issues for project staff (personnel pay-timesheets, training, land and air transportation, accommodations, vacation schedules etc).
Organize/Coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences and events in Atyrau/Tengiz.
Receiving, sending, indexing and filing of correspondence and reports.
Attendance and keeping the minutes of the meetings.
Develop and manage project files (including letters, minutes, memos, reports, etc), office
supply, inventory, rosters, phone lists.
Accomplishment specific and one?time assignments as requested by project management (e.g. putting together PowerPoint presentations, typing reports, memos, etc).
Contribute to prompt review of employees’ requests and proposals.
Carry out office, furniture and IT equipment allocation control.
Provision travel and visa arrangements for Company employees.
Arrangements for visitors (contractors, RoK reps, Affiliate staff, etc) – being tactful and
attentive toward them.
Coordination of the project trainings, act as LMS coordinator.
Support to DCC Lead on document controls and distributions.
Support to DCC Lead on maintaining all project documentation, including documentation
coming from the Engineering /Construction contractors and vendors.
Provide scanning, printing, and plotting of document files upon request.
