Job Description:

The position is within Company Reliability Engineering department. Reports to Fixed Equipment Reliability Supervisor and Utilities and Off-Plot Lead Inspector. The main job responsibilities include the following: responsible for reliable and safe condition of boilers and pressure vessels of Company at units assigned by a written Prikaz as Company Authorized Inspector. Performs inspections of boilers and fixed equipment, analysis of inspection findings and NDT results, arranges activities for remaining service life assessment, design life extensions, sets inspection frequency based on applicable RoK regulations and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) study results.
Ensures implementation of Company Fixed Equipment Integrity Plans. Participates in fixed equipment risks assessment and risk analysis. Performs FFS Level-1 (initial analysis of equipment Fitness For Service). Prepares and issues inspection reports, repair recommendations and repair plans. Participates in failure evaluations and repair recommendation preparation based on operational criticality and associated risks.
Complies inspection plans and work scopes for scheduled Turnarounds based on RBI, equipment condition forecasts and RoK regulations. Control of repair recommendations implementation and quality. Enters/updates/analyzes design data, inspection results of boilers and fixed equipment of assigned units in Capstone data base. Ensures that all documentation (internal/external inspection reports, summary reports, NDT reports, etc) are complete and precise. Ensures completeness and order in each assigned equipment item file (both hard folders and electronic files). Ensures that all Capstone data base information is complete and accurate. Ensures integration and adaptation of repair and modification as-built documentation data into the inspection programs (update of Capstone, NDT program, equipment drawings with newly installed or replaced or modified equipment). Reviews project documentation on equipment planned modifications, repair, replacement or installation; checks project documentation for its compliance with TA RE FER recommendations, adequate NDT scope and also reviews inspection records for known problems that can prevent project implementation; timely reports on project documentation review to Lead Inspector. Ensures timely and complete performance of NDT (scheduled thickness measurement, monitoring, NDT scope during internal inspection activities, etc.).Coaches and improves skills of less experienced colleagues from Fixed Equipment Reliability Group.

Job Requirements:

A thorough understanding and working knowledge of Company Safe Work Practices, SI, JHA, BBS, PTW, MOC, etc. Knowledge and experience with of principles of operation and/or maintenance of Company Boilers and Fixed Equipment of Off-Plot and Plant Facilities
